College of Continued Education Services Summer open house is scheduled for Saturday, May 20th, from 10am-2pm, I'll be there to answer questions, about my two on going exercise fitness classes, which have been revamped to energize, stimulate and motivate the true beginner as well as any fitness enthusiast. Ongoing classes are as follows: Full Body Conditioning Wednesdays 5-6pm, and Lift To Thrive Conditioning & Body Movement Saturdays 9-10am. Every one of my classes have been restructured for specific fitness purposes, based on fitness, health, & wellness levels, so I strongly recommend attending our free open house, to better understand what class will suite your needs.
